By accessing or using GoodMoat ("goodmoat.com") and the Value Investor Toolkit mobile application ("VITK"), collectively referred to as the "Service," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. GoodMoat.com is operated under the Tidy Storm Portal License.

2. Description of Service

GoodMoat provides stock research tools, financial analysis data, valuation calculators, and related content for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("PRO"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the payment platform used (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
