ASML's main wholly owned operating subsidiaries include ASML Netherlands BV, ASML Systems BV, ASML Hong Kong Limited and ASML US Inc. In May 2013, Cymer Inc completed the previously announced merger pursuant to which ASML Holding NV acquired Cymer.
