Virco Mfg. Corporation (Virco) is engaged in designing, producing and distributing furniture for a diverse family of customers. . The Company manufactures an assortment of products, including mobile tables, mobile storage equipment, desks, computer furniture, chairs, activity tables, folding chairs and folding tables. Additionally, Virco has worked with designers to develop additional products for contemporary applications. These include the ZUMA and the TEXT, and Parameter furniture collections, as well as Metaphor and I.Q. Series items for educational settings; Ph.D. and Ph.D. executive seating lines; and Plateau Series. The Company also provides a variety of products for preschool markets and has recently developed products that are targeted for college, university, and corporate learning center environments.
