The Company conducts its operations through Morgans Group LLC. The Company also has a portfolio of brands, which include Sanderson, St Martins Lane, Royalton, Morgans, Clift, Ames and Shore Club. As of December 31, 2012, the Company is operating hotels in the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Morocco.
