The Company transfers the business processes of its clients its our delivery centers, located in Costa Rica, India, the Philippines, Romania, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as to its subcontractor's delivery center in South Africa. The Company operates in two segments: WNS Global BPO and WNS Auto Claims BPO. The Company's clients are primarily in the travel, banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare and utilities, retail and consumer product industries. On November 1, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in WNS Philippines Inc. On April 6, 2011, WNS Customer Solutions North America Inc. merged into WNS North America Inc. On June 29, 2011, Business Applications Associations Inc. merged into WNS North America Inc.
